Product availability
If a product is avilable in our warehouse or in the italian warehouse will be possible to adding it on the chart with no others indications. If appear the indication “AVILABLE ON BACKORDER” the product will be shipped as soon as it become avilable on our warehouse. If appear the indication “OUT STOCK” there is no an estimated arrivale time for that specific product in that moment. Is possible to be notified if the product came back in stock or available for backorders
Can I use a cupon or a discount code during discounts peiods?
No, discounts are not cumulative

How can I find the correct scope attachment size for my needs?
All our scope attachment height is measured from the rail contact surface to the center of the scope. Theoretically we should mantain the scope as low as possible. If we have a barrel with no integral handguard we can choose the lowest set. If we have a full railled handguard we must use the highest size. In any case is good to know the gap between the receiver rail and the barrel and the diameter of the scope objective.
Sales tax
Does Audere charge sales tax for items purchased online?
Every price you find on this website includes sales tax. From wherever you will order, you will not pay any additional tax.

What does shipping cost?
International shipping costs €9. Free shipping is available on orders of €299 or more.
When do I get my shipping confirmation?
You will receive it as soon as your order is ready for dispatch.

DELIVERY TIME AND SHIPPING METHODS
The italian shipments (and sometimes european shipments) are made via BRT currier. For shipments outside the italian territory we use national postal service that also use many different sub-companies (ASENDIA; Collissimo, ecc…) based on the destination. Delivery time to italian address are two working days. For foreign shipments the delivery time can vary from few days to several weeks. This is due to many factors like EU or non-EU destinatons, sub-company delivery choice and different burocracy of the countries. THERE IS NO CUSTOMS BETWEEN SAN MARINO AND EUROPEAN UNION. BRT currier ususally send the tracking number to the customer mail but could not appen. For all the others shipping methods the tracking must be requested through the Audere customer service. During the following peirods delays on shipment and logistic can occour:
- Christmas holidays (from 23th Dicember to 7th di Jannuary)
- Summer holidays (from 10th to 20th August)
- Shot Show and IWA (from 18th to 28th Jannuary and from 23th to 28th February)

How do I return a product?

How can I get refunded and how long does it take?
In order to get a refund it is necessary to ship back the item you want to return. Once we receive the product and verified that is in brand new condition the refund procedure will be immediately initialized. WE WARN THE CUSTOMERS THAT THE REFUND PROCEDURE TIMING CAN DRASTICALLY VARY BASE ON THE PAYMENT METHOD”

What warranty do you offer?
Audere offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all manufacture defects. If any item we manufacture is faulty, defective, or broken due to manufacturing, we will repair/replace at no additional cost to you.
Please note Audere warranty does not cover improper choice of size, installation, handling, use, maintenance of the product.
Non-Audere products carry their respective manufacturer’s warranty.
